Refunds & Exchanges 

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges at this time, due to hygienic reasons. Human hair, strip eyelashes and tweezers are hygienic products and we take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used products to be returned for the your safety and the safety of our customers.    

If you have received your hair order and are unhappy with it for any reason please contact us at info@noireamor.com we would love to hear from you. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items are not applicable for refund, exchange or an additional promotional sale.  

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event that you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your refund or exchange item.
